I’m Pedro Fernandes, a credit intermediary based in Fafe, Portugal. With my team, I support families and individuals in in northern Portugal who often end up going from bank to bank, losing time and trying to decode financial language that was never meant to be clear.
I started working in credit because I saw families dealing with dense contracts, full of clauses and small print, while going from bank to bank with no clear guidance on what actually mattered.
I see my role as that of someone who makes things clear. I turn the banks' technical vocabulary into plain language, explain what each instalment really does to a budget, and show openly what a spread means over the years.
I promise no miracles, and no miracle rates. But I guarantee that when you sign, you will know exactly what you are taking on and why this proposal makes more sense than any other.
The person who looks after you is always the same, but behind them is a structure that keeps every stage moving. No waiting, no documents left behind and no silence from the banks.
Follows your case from start to finish: analyses it, compares bank proposals, negotiates terms and reads every clause of the contract before putting it in front of you.
Organises all the paperwork and handles the submission to each bank. The steady presence that ensures every detail is handled and nothing ever waits on a document.
Conversations, documents and offers are all recorded in your file. Whoever picks up the phone already knows exactly where your case stands.
You get every proposal from the partner banks, with values, rates and fees. No missing proposals, nothing hidden. Everything clear, so you choose with confidence.
I'm not a salesperson. If the best decision is to wait, that is what I say. The analysis is free and means exactly that: a honest assessment, with no pressure and no strings.

The support does not end at approval. I am there until the deed or formalisation, and I stay available for anything that comes later.
